I think all you lovely clients and students often. You have provided me with many rich gifts and I look forward to providing consistent offerings in the near future. I want to share what I have been doing since I was last active in my healing and coaching practice.

Where to begin…

In the fall of 2017, I radically changed my life. I embarked on a journey of strength. I embarked on a life alone, saying goodbye to a marriage that carried more pain than joy. Four days after taking this very brave step, my mother suffered a devastating medical event. Her cancer from 35 years ago had silently returned. She was hospitalized for one month. As an only child with no extended family, my life went into hyper-drive.

The next 18 months involved local cancer treatments and bi-monthly trips to Mass General Hospital. My father who was legally blind and had the beginnings of dementia needed personal care with close supervision. I spent the year going back-and-forth between my home and theirs to help them with daily living and medical needs.

In the fall of 2018, mom had a second medical event which hospitalized her for another month. I once again moved into my childhood home to take care of my father while she regained her strength. During this stay, it was obvious my father was affected by more than dementia. After mom returned home, I pursued testing for dad and he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease.

In 2019, both mom and dad where placed on hospice. I was exhausted from this continuous back-and-forth lifestyle of taking care of my parent’s single handedly while trying to figure out how to run a household alone.

That spring, I stumbled upon a sacred trip to Peru that had a hummingbird theme – hummingbird is one of my totems. I felt guided to take this trip and signed up. I was exhausted on every level and needed energetic restoration. When saying goodbye to my father, I had a feeling I may not see him again. I did not.

Below is a recount of what lead me to Peru and how it was a “premonition” on many levels…

In 2011, I participated in a “bi-location” meditation. This is when you meditate on a location and include a time in history. I chose Lake Titicaca which held a fascination for me. In this meditation, I had a deep personalized experience. I felt like I received an energetic activation (a “bump up” is an easy way to describe this). In my mind’s eye, I saw tall white cliffs behind me while sitting at the edge of the lake. I was very aware of the stars and cosmos though it was daytime. Prior to this experience, I had no awareness that Lake Titicaca was a potent energetic location on earth.

On the very last day of the trip, the bus pulled up to the last Inca sacred sight we would see. It was football field in length with carved “stadium seating” rows with a circular alter in the middle. I looked towards the lake and saw the exact same white cliffs I had seen in my bi-location experience. Instead of joining the group, I walked over to the sandy beach and sat with the cliffs behind me to meditate and commune with the land.

As soon as I sat down, a rare cell phone call came through. It was my parent’s neighbor telling me my dad was in the hospital. The doctor said my dad only had weeks to live, if not days. Then the call dropped. I was in shock. We were flying home the next day.

I sat on the shore for as long as I could. When the group was returning to the bus, I received an unexpected “gift of time”. This bus was stuck in the beach sand! This allowed me time to walk to the Inca sight and have my alone time there. When I returned to the bus I called the trip leaders over to tell them about the phone call and the burden I was carrying. One leader said to me, “Diane, do you know what the name of this site is? It is the Stairway to Heaven!” I was stunned. And not surprised. Prophecy stepped forward in that moment in time.

The trip leaders helped me to show dad to the Rainbow Bridge, a bridge that helps souls pass over. We made the presentation to my dad so he could take it if he was ready. He passed that night at 3:30AM. I started my long journey home that morning.

Dad was buried in fall of 2019. Mom began her journey living alone.

Continuing with my personal story…

In 2020, Covid arrived. Mom was declining and isolated. In the fall, I moved her into my home. I continued to live the back-and-forth lifestyle for one more year so she could continue to enjoy her home. It was “a lot’ for me to do. I would pack up food and my 18 year old Siamese cat, Jenna, and we would stay for two to three nights. A fun fact: Jenna is still with me and is 20 1/2 years old!

In the fall of 2021, I sold the home that dad built. We moved into it when I was 18 months old. Emptying mom’s house was an intimate and sacred experience. I am happy we shared this process together.

Mom and I continue to live together. She is still on hospice (4 years now) and is doing remarkable well. She shows me how to live with grace. She never places demands on me.

I have a daily choice to either sink in despair or to find the gifts among the challenges. I consciously choose to see this time in my life as a “gift of time”. I am using this time to creatively to revamp and expand my healing practice.

In addition to energy healing, I now offer an impactful and life-changing coaching program that builds “mental fitness” for positive change. It creates a solid foundation to strengthen one’s relationships, well-being and performance. I am eager to share this new offering with you and will send out a newsletter soon. A 10-week program will be launched in early October.

I am also working towards certification as an end-of-life doula. My interest in this is to help families and caregivers to navigate end-of-life for their loved ones in a sacred and dignified way. I am trained in helping with advanced directives, wills and trusts, as well as legacy projects and more. It’s big discussion.

My life experiences are rich and I have many ways to help people. My goal is to serve and help the world by creating a safe space for like-minded community where we can grow and support each other in conscious creation.

Waking up to life.

Walking on the earth.

I feel my feet touch the ground.

I feel my heart lift up towards the heavens.

I connect with a sense of Oneness, a sense of awe.

I feel the depths of Universal Connectedness, as well as fringes of separation.

It is the separation from Old Self that I sense, my old way of being.

A shedding of the old ways occurred when I wasn’t looking.

When did this happen?

It arrived like a thief in the night.

Taking away parts that no longer serve me.

Parts that I do not need.

Parts that do not belong to me.

Manacles, shackles, imposed conceptions fall away.

They continue to drop as I walk.

I no longer need these impingements, these limitations.

As I walk, I feel alien.

My eyes are open, yet I see differently.

The grass is greener.

The sky is bluer,

My heart is light.

My heart is open.

My heart is expanding.

Gravity is leaving.

I sense flight.

I am learning to soar.

I am a wing, a feather, a butterfly.

I am freedom.

I am wise.

I connect deeply with All That Is.

I am unencumbered.

I am transforming.

Embracing a quickening of the heart.

Embracing a new life.

Embracing my life mission to love, serve and inspire.

I lay at the feet of the altar, grateful beyond expression.

Grateful to be on The Path.

Grateful to walk the walk.

Grateful to be in the moment.

Grateful to consciously embrace The Now.

Walking on the New Earth.

Shanti, shanti, shanti.

Note to the Reader: This blog is focused on the growth aspects behind emotional and mental aspects of suffering. It is not directly related to loss of loved ones. However, loss of loved ones does provide the opportunity for growth through grief, etc. I send deep compassion to those who have lost loved ones to COVID and other conditionsfreedom follows suffering.

This morning while in meditation, I imagined walking along a beach, then turning towards the dunes and running. In my mind’s eye I envisioned running up and down gently undulating hills. As my vision broadened, I sensed the warm wind gently blowing past me, the warm sun shining down on me and saw beach grasses softly moving in the breeze. With this vision came a strong sense of peace, followed by feelings of freedom. I felt deeply nurtured and experienced heart expansion as I connect with my wholeness, my Inner Self, my Inner Realm. No thoughts or messages came to me. My mind was blank. As I witnessed this, I became aware of the ‘silence of being’. This was a message! It was a reminder to keep my focus on the present moment because this is where I will experience peace of mind and heart.

The significance of connecting with the ‘freedom of the moment’ is an important one. It is where the Key to Joy resides. The Now is the space that adds longevity to life. For when we are truly present, there is no time. Being connected in the moment creates a timelessness which expands our life. We no longer squander precious moments by ruminating in the past or chasing the future.

Freedom is the equivalent of joy for me. Joy is my primary focus. I have learned to prioritize my self care.

As my meditation continued, flashes of past deep hurt and pain entered my energy field. Like everyone, I also have endured emotional pain. Alongside with it came very important life lessons.

As I moved through the pain, it brought profound growth. I learned how to leave the martyr/victim realm and shift into the Self-empowering and creative realm. I understand the value of rooting into the earth, into The Mother to anchor and support me. I continue to rely on my Internal Wisdom, and no longer chase answers outside of Self. I trust myself. This is a huge metamorphosis for me. It is a huge victory.

I endured relationships that did not serve me for a great deal of my life. I have overcome emotional abuse. I acknowledge the unfairness that came my way, and I own my part in creating/inviting some of it. Most importantly, I have learned to love myself in a new way. I now choose to empower myself with discretion and fortified boundaries, listening deeply to my intuition, my Inner Knowing, my Internal Divinity.

Through suffering there is an opportunity to achieve freedom. I have walked this walk. It is a powerful journey.

I am back from France. It is the land of the Mary Magdelene mystery, the mystery of sacred geometry alignment to many important sites, and a land that is vibrant and emoting tangible energy fields, particularly in the Languedoc and Ariège regions in Southern France. It is an activating land which connects you deeply with your life path and purpose. It is a place that supports one to “wake up.” I am still integrating all that I have received. Once this integration takes place, I will be ready for more spiritual alignment to come in!

A central theme to this year’s trip is “releasing what does not serve me.” It is in alignment with 2017 being a “one” year in numerology which represents new beginnings. As we purge, it creates a fresh slate for new beginnings. The astrology for this year, in combination with the US total solar eclipse, has been supporting change for all of us. I urge you to hold on to this awareness as we come to the conclusion of this year. Make the most out of this potent year, seeking deep personal and spiritual transformation. As we embrace transformation, we in turn have more seeds to spread out in the world. As these seeds are planted within ourselves and others, they will germinate and support growth. This is turn supports a leap in critical mass consciousness for all of humanity. It is a crucial time for growth on many levels. So shine your Light! Spread the Light! Be part of the global solution by elevating your vibration and having conscious awareness as you walk in your spiritual path!

Tomorrow beginning at 1:27 PM the total eclipse of the sun begins in New Hampshire. It peaks at 2:44 PM and ends at 3:57 PM. The New Moon (which is more potent than a full moon) passes between the earth and sun to cause the eclipse. On top of this, Mercury retrograde began on August 12, and this weekend is the 30th anniversary of the 1987 Harmonic Convergence. Think of this eclipse as a energy portal!

Because of these powerful energies, it is a perfect time to manifest. It is very important to keep your thoughts positive and meditate/pray on all the beneficial aspects you wish to attract into your life. Everyone in the United States will be affected by this eclipse. With an open heart and open mind, you will be encoded and “bumped up” energetically as your consciousness expands to co-create the life that you are meant to live in this lifetime.

A new moon represents a fresh start. Setting goals during a new moon solar eclipse is more potent than a new moon alone. It is said that the manifestation period lasts longer. So keep this in mind as you contemplate what you wish to attract. Take advantage of this total solar eclipse of the sun! As you reflect, meditate and pray during this 2.5 hour period, remember that you are collectively connecting with all the other beautiful people who are also doing this across our nation. When we participate in groups, this amplifies our collective power all the more!

So manifest away and create a beautiful new world, adding a special request for global peace and goodwill to all.

]]> Hiking Season https://dianemariegallant.com/hiking-season/ Tue, 02 May 2017 16:45:52 +0000 http://riverlighthealing.com/?p=1089 Hiking season has begun and I have resumed climbing the New Hampshire mountain peaks as a way to stay fit and to do crystal grid word on the mountain peaks. I was gifted Arkansas quartz crystals that were charged inside the King’s Chamber in the Great Pyramid in Giza, Egypt. I hike with these crystals and follow my guidance as to were to leave them. I plant them as a gift to Mother Gaia (to facilitate Earth healing) and to facilitate the connection to the Christ Consciousness Grid (to bring Ascension energies and the rise of Universal Consciousness to mankind). I perform ceremony expressing positive intention and gratitude though prayer and song.

In this photo, I am about a mile in on the Piper Trail which summits Mount Chocoroa. What struck me was the lightening bolt shape that is on the tree bark. These past three years, I have been in a process of spiritual transformation which continues to accelerate on a daily basis. Since being encoded with Sacred Geometry and Flower of Life energy during my Melchizedek Method studies as a student, my lucid dreaming has amplified. I have received many installments as to how to work with Sacred Geometry to facilitate spiritual activation in my clients. I believe this is something that is available to all of us. As we embody Sacred Geometry and Light Codes, we become activated in profound ways. Our pineal gland begins to transmit, and we then receive Divine wisdom and guidance in a more direct way. This connection is anchored in both the heart and the earth. The Earth-link is very important; for the more we ground, the deeper we integrate what we receive. There are many, many layers of information and installments which I have received. I know this process of receiving will continue.

So why did I have my picture taken in front of this “lighten bolt?” Over the past three years, I have had three experiences where I felt a rush of energy shoot out of the top of my head carrying me to the height of NYC buildings. Then the energy and my consciousness slammed right back into my body within seconds. It happened when I was teaching a Reiki class three years ago; when I was leaving Rennes-Les-Bain, France last September; and two weeks ago when I was teaching a Reiki class. I was standing every time this happened. It is very shocking. It is like I was struck by lightening. Through synchronicity, I met a medical doctor who has experience in the spiritual arts. She told me that it is the kundalini experience, and I knew this to be true as soon as she told me! It is reassuring to understand what the experiences are. I have observed that my psychic and intuitive gifts are increasing, my healing work is amplifying, and the frequency of lucid dreaming is increasing. It also is supporting forward movement in my life.

I am so grateful to be on this spiritual path. It fills my Soul and my heart. My ascending sign is in Pisces in the 10th house (of spirituality). I have always gone very deep inside my thoughts. Even as a young girl of five years, I remember having this consciousness. I distinctly remember looking up into the night the sky, getting lost in deep questioning about the miracle of being born as I gazed at the Milky Way. It fills me with joy to teach, provide treatment sessions, and to contribute to building a spiritual family of like-minded souls to share this earthly journey with. My life is deeply guided and blessed, and I am forever grateful to all the wonderful experiences and people who have come into my life to support this growth. I express deep gratitude for my students and clients, because you too are counted among my greatest riches.

When we enter our Wise Women years, our 3rd act, it is a time when we tie in the 1st act back into our lives. It is a time to bring back our authenticity and fulfill the needs we set aside during our second act of life because we were too busy meeting the demands outside of ourselves. This is a beautiful illustration to see how life is a full circle. Give yourself the permission to focus on your needs first so you live the life of your childhood dreams – modified to include what makes your heart sing now!

]]> Star Island Reiki Bliss https://dianemariegallant.com/star-island-reiki-bliss/ Tue, 13 Sep 2016 19:37:09 +0000 http://riverlighthealing.com/?p=853 As I write, I enjoy sweet memories of teaching a Japanese Shoden (Reiki 1) class on Star Island last week. Though Hurricane Hermine delayed our departure by two days, four of us embarked on this journey. We arrived on a tranquil day and enjoyed a lovely three night stay.

The class was attended by an acupuncturist from Brooklyn, NY and a couple from Massachusetts. It was a sacred and grounding time. What a blessing to have received four individual Reiki attunements on Star! The best part of the retreat was creating an outdoor room under a steady fir tree. We did outdoor Reiki treatments all afternoon. My soul remains full from these experiences.

My intention is to bring Reiki 1 to Star Island in spring 2017, and to offer Reiki 2 in the fall.
